The NESCO Smart Canner and Cooker is designed for pressure canning, pressure cooking, steam cooking, and slow cooking. Its digital display includes a timer and pre-set programs for canning and cooking.

The removable 9.5 qt. non-stick aluminum inner pot holds four wide-mouth quart jars, five pint jars, or sixteen 4 oz. jelly jars. A safety lock lid with automatic float valve identifies when pressure is present.
