Description

The Presto 23-quart pressure canner is designed for pressure canning and works on induction, gas, electric, and smooth-top ranges. It also doubles as a boiling water canner and a large-capacity pressure cooker.

Its heavy-gauge aluminum construction has an induction-compatible stainless steel-clad base. The canner includes a cooking/canning rack and an 80-page instruction/recipe book.
